Hi Motorola Support, I’m reaching out regarding an issue my brother is facing with his Motorola phone, which cost around ₹23,000 and has been used for barely 14 months.

You have lost a customer today. I genuinely feel that you don’t care about your customers. I’m not going to pay ~₹21,000 to repair a phone that is only 14 months old and cost me ~₹23,000. @Moto The company's operation in India is terrible. Take action! @motorolaindia

The ₹21,000 motherboard replacement cost is unfair. This issue is not caused by customer misuse but appears to result from poor product quality. The company should take responsibility and provide a proper resolution without additional charges. @motorolaindia
